Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled with less than 24hrs notice will be charged 50% of the rate of the booked appointment. “No Shows” will be charged 100% of the rate for the booked appointment. Appointments can be cancelled via email kwinkhair@gmail.com or GlossGenius booking platform.
